What to expect: You’ll sit or lay down for the hour while energy is flowed to balance your energetic system. You can talk, laugh, be of few words, close your eyes, whatever feels comfortable to you. The energy will flow to the areas of need and the spaces ready to heal.

Remotely via phone
What to expect: A remote healing session is the same as in-person Reiki healing — except we aren’t in the same room. For remote healing, I’ll call you and work on your energy for the hour, while talking over the phone the entire time. Energy flows, works, heals, and connects — even from afar. My perception of the energies is a different view, but heals all the same.
